About these Terms

These Terms apply when you access or use feelex.fun and FEELEX services, including browser games, downloadable-game listings, profiles, comments, ratings, developer pages, submissions and related features.

By using FEELEX you agree to these Terms and to policies that are expressly incorporated into them, including the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Community Guidelines and Developer Terms.

Adult eligibility

Accounts and profiles

Developer submissions

FEELEX may edit presentation metadata such as tags, categories, descriptions, thumbnails and technical configuration in order to operate and present the catalog.

Intellectual property

FEELEX branding, site design, original editorial material and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party games, characters, trademarks and developer assets remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party content to FEELEX. Rights granted by developers are described in the Developer Terms.

Prohibited use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or bypass security or access controls.
• Do not use FEELEX to distribute malware, phishing, spam or fraudulent material.
• Do not scrape or automate access in a way that materially harms the service or ignores technical restrictions.
• Do not use the service for conduct that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Third-party services and links

FEELEX may link to developer websites, file hosts, social platforms and other third-party services. Their availability, content, privacy practices and terms are controlled by those third parties, not by FEELEX.

Service changes and disclaimers

FEELEX is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, remove, correct or restrict content and features when necessary for maintenance, safety, legal compliance or product changes.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FEELEX does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility of every game or the continued availability of third-party links.

Copyright concerns

If you believe material available through FEELEX infringes copyright, use our DMCA & Copyright process. Other safety, privacy or content concerns can be submitted through Report Content.
