Submissions must comply with applicable law, the Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. Content involving sexual exploitation of minors, persons presented as minors, non-consensual sexual material, malware or other unlawful material is prohibited.
You retain ownership of your game and submitted assets. You grant FEELEX a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, technically process, display, distribute and promote submitted material as reasonably necessary to review, publish and operate the game listing.
This includes converting or resizing images, creating thumbnails, storing browser builds, displaying download links, formatting metadata and using screenshots or game branding to identify and promote the FEELEX listing.
FEELEX may edit tags, categories, formatting, descriptions, translations, platform labels, screenshots order and other presentation metadata to keep the catalog consistent. We will not treat those editorial changes as ownership of your underlying game.
Browser submissions must provide a build or access method suitable for review and web publication. Download submissions must provide accurate links and platform information. You are responsible for ensuring submitted files and links are authorized, functional and free from intentionally harmful code.
Submission does not guarantee publication. FEELEX may request changes, reject a submission, delay publication, deactivate a listing or remove material when necessary for quality, safety, technical, rights or legal reasons.
Keep important game information and access links reasonably accurate. If a build, ownership status, download link or other material changes in a way that affects the listing, contact FEELEX with the relevant game URL.
You remain responsible for third-party rights in submitted material, including music, artwork, characters, trademarks and code. Copyright complaints may be handled under the DMCA & Copyright Policy.
A verified developer or rights holder may contact [email protected] regarding a listing or submitted material. We may need reasonable information to confirm identity, authority and the exact material involved.
