Copyright infringement notices
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act for one and believe material available through FEELEX infringes your rights, send a written notice to [email protected].
- Identify the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or provide a representative list when multiple works are involved.
- Identify the material you want removed or disabled and provide the exact FEELEX URL or other information sufficient to locate it.
- Provide your name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
- State that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
- State that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- Provide a physical or electronic signature.
What happens after a notice
We may review the identified material, request clarification, restrict access, remove content, contact the submitting developer or user, or take other appropriate action. We may keep records needed to document and handle the request.
Counter-notifications
If your material was removed following a copyright notice and you believe the removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification. If you rely on the U.S. DMCA process, the counter-notification should contain the information required by 17 U.S.C. §512(g).
- Identify the material removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal.
- State under penalty of perjury, where applicable, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed because of mistake or misidentification.
- Provide your name, address and telephone number, together with the jurisdiction/acceptance statements required by applicable DMCA procedure.
- Provide a physical or electronic signature.
Repeat and serious infringement
Where appropriate, FEELEX may restrict accounts, developer access or repeated submissions associated with substantiated infringement concerns.
Accurate notices
Copyright notices and counter-notifications are legal communications. Knowingly sending materially false or misleading claims may create legal consequences. Send a notice only when you have a legitimate basis to do so.
Other content concerns
Use Report Content for malware, broken links, privacy concerns, unlawful material, impersonation or other issues that are not copyright claims.
